DEFINITIONS
1. Onward Life Platform (OLP): All the websites and apps operated by Onward Life in order to provide its services to the user.
2. Contract or Agreement: The contract governed by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS resulting from accessing and/or using our services.
3. Service(s): All the information, functions, features, tools, products and services (for example, after-sales support) we offer and provide to the user.
4. User: User is the natural person who accesses and/or uses our services. If the user is not of legal age (in their legal jurisdiction) to form a binding contract with Onward Life, the user may use the services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. In this case, Onward Life reserves the right to refuse service, terminate account, terminate the customer’s rights to use the services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
This website is part of the Onward Life Platform (OLP) and is operated by Onward Life team. Throughout OLP, the terms “Onward Life UG”, “Onward Life”, “OL”, “We”, “Us” and “Our” refer to Onward Life UG (haftungsbeschränkt), unless specifically stated otherwise. Onward Life offers OLP, including all information, functions, features, tools, products and services available on OLP to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated on OLP Legal pages.
By visiting OLP and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”, “Terms”), including those additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These TERMS AND CONDITIONS apply to all users of OLP, including without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these TERMS AND CONDITIONS carefully before accessing or using OLP. By accessing or using any part of OLP, you agree to be bound by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access OLP or use any services. If these TERMS AND CONDITIONS are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Any new information, functions, features, tools, products and services which are added to OLP shall also be subject to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You can review the most current version of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS by posting updates and/or changes to OLP. It is your responsibility to check OLP Legal pages periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to OLP following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By agreeing to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, you may not use OLP, our products and services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses or any code of a destructive/spying nature.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on OLP through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse our Services to anyone for any reason at any time.
A breach or violation of any of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS will result in an immediate termination of your services.
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
The material on OLP is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on OLP is at your own risk.
OLP may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of OLP at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on OLP. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to OLP.
PRICES
The sales prices listed on OLP are only referred to the products/services themselves, the customs duties and other charges are all not included.
All prices and information on OLP are intended to be accurate and complete; however, in certain situations, pricing error and other errors may occur. Users shall have no right to rely upon a price that is obviously or materially lower than the prevailing retail price for that product. In the event Onward Life’s published price for a product is obviously or materially lower than the prevailing retail price due to our pricing errors, Onward Life has no obligation to sell at that price and shall be entitled to cancel the contract with the customer before shipment and delivery. Correspondingly, if we have offered a product or service at a price that is materially or obviously higher than the prevailing retail price for that product due to a pricing error and accepted the customer’s order at that price, we will allow the customer to cancel the contract and/or reimburse the customer for the difference between the higher price and the true price.
Unless otherwise stipulated on OLP and in the order process, Onward Life’s delivery and administration charges are included in the final price payable for the products. Any charges or fees that will be added to the product price will be visible to the customer during the order process and before the customer is placing the order.
The shipping costs for products are specified in the order process.
Payment shall be made by debit or credit card or through the use of any other payment method offered on OLP. Any refunds to the customer will be made to the same payment method.
PAYMENTS
Prices and currencies displayed at checkout are final. Onward Life does not charge extra transaction fees. You agree that Onward Life shall not be held liable for any fees in addition to those displayed at checkout.
If you are paying for your order with an international credit or debit card, the price displayed in your card statement may vary based on exchange rates. Your bank or card issuer may also charge additional foreign conversion charges and fees, which may increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or card issuer regarding any fees incurred.
The personal information you provide when making a purchase will be processed electronically by Onward Life for the payment of the order and for anti-fraud control.
Payments on OLP are handled by third-party payment partners and transmitted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). Onward Life does not store or have access to your payment details. Your credit/debit card information is retained via our third-party payment partner’s servers.
SHIPPING
1. Dispatch: Orders are shipped within seven (7) business days of payment. Orders made during promotional periods and special events may have longer shipping times, at the discretion of Onward Life. In such cases, users will be separately informed in advance.
2. Inspection: All products are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage.
3. Status Updates: Orders cannot be canceled once they have reached “Shipped” status.
4. You must accurately fill in the customer real name, delivery address and contact information. If the order is delayed or fails to be delivered arising out of the following circumstances, Onward Life shall not bear the relevant responsibilities and reserve the right to cancel the order unilaterally:
• The delivery address, contact information, etc. are incorrect, non-existent or not detailed enough;
• The delivery person contacts the receiver through the reserved receiving mobile phone number twice, which unable to connect or no answer;
• The cost and the associated consequences of the repeated delivery of the products arising from nobody signing for express delivery;
• Customer schedules delivery at a fixed time;
• Customer is not home or available at the time of delivery;
• Extreme weather conditions or other force majeure events.

NO WAIVER
We retain the right to take action at any time in the event of failure to comply with these terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Certain trademarks belong to third parties and may not be used without permission. Please see their respective websites for more information.
Nothing herein shall be construed as granting a license to any trademarks, copyrights, patents, design patents, mask works, trade dress, or any other forms of intellectual property of either Onward Life or its partners. Onward Life expressly reserves all rights.
PERSONAL DATA
By making a purchase via OLP, you consent to your Personal Data being transferred, stored (both electronically and manually) by Onward Life to us and our business partner(s) for the purposes of processing payment, fulfilling your order, and maintaining records of purchase and customer relationship. You hereby agree that such usages shall constitute legitimate business needs for Onward Life.
For the purpose of this agreement, “personal data” may include, but is not limited to name, birthdate, passport or ID number, home address, contact information, likeness or appearance. Your personal data shall be retained by Onward Life and its partners only as long as it may be necessary.
Onward Life undertakes to ensure that it and its partners will take appropriate measures to protect your personal data and use your personal data only for the purposes described in this agreement.
You further agree that Onward Life shall not be held liable for the misuse of your personal data by any third party arising from or relating to your usage of OLP.
DISCLAIMER
Except as expressly provided elsewhere in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS or as required under applicable law, Onward Life provides its goods and services on an “as is” basis, without representations or warranties of any kind. Onward Life expressly disclaims all other warranties – express, implied or otherwise – including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of hidden defects.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for payments explicitly outlined in this agreement, either party’s maximum aggregate liability under, arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid for a particular product or service.
2. Except for Onward Life’s warranty obligations and cases of death or serious bodily harm, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other damage that cannot be excluded under applicable law, to the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will either party be liable to the other party for loss of profits, revenues, or income, loss of use, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or for indirect, special, economic, punitive, incidental, indirect, cover, or consequential damages, however, caused, and on any theory of liability, whether for breach of contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), or otherwise, whether or not party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Onward Life shall also not be held liable for any losses due to the fault of third parties, including without limitation, packages that are lost or stolen in transit; damages caused by incorrect or improper usage of the products; or other losses or damages attributable in full or in part to third parties.
4. The product/service promotion content, parameter price, quantity, and availability of product/service information on OLP may change at any time, therefore OLP may not give special notice. Due to the huge amount of product/service information on the platform, although it will make its best efforts to ensure the information accuracy of the product/service you view, however, provide that the information displayed on the platform may have a certain lag or error due to objective reasons such as well-known internet technology factors. If you find that the product/service information is wrong or in doubt, please do not submit the order or accept the service, and inform Onward Life first and foremost.
VOID
These terms are void where prohibited:
1. If any provision or part-provision of these terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable.
2. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. Severability. Each term and provision of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law and any invalid, illegal or unenforceable term or provision shall be deemed replaced by a term or provision that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the intention of the invalid, illegal or unenforceable term or provision.
2. Inurement. These TERMS AND CONDITIONS will inure to the benefit of and be binding on the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators and permitted successors and assigns.
3. No Assignment. You may not voluntarily, or by operation of law, assign or otherwise transfer your obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of the Onward Life.
4. No Waiver. The waiver by either party of a breach, default, delay or omission of any of the provisions of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS by the other party will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or other provisions.
5. Force Majeure. Either party shall be liable for delay in performing obligations or for failure to perform obligations hereunder if the delay or failure results from: force majeure, an act of God, or any governmental act, fire, earthquake, explosion, accident, industrial dispute, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or anything beyond the reasonable control of either party and not involving any fault or negligence of the party affected (a “Force Majeure Event”).
TERMINATION
Onward Life shall have the right to limit whole or part of your rights in exceptional situations, cancel related unfulfilled orders, or cancel your account if you encounter any of the following situations:
1. You affect the normal operations of OLP or services provided by OLP to other users through online attacks;
2. You repeatedly publish information not related to the sold products or services in the comments areas or community forums;
3. You seek benefits by improper means (such as plug-in tools, network attacks, etc.);
4. You reject the products multiple times or refuse to accept services without objective reasons and in any case not due to the quality of products/services;
5. You engage in claiming or reselling business through account shopping (such as wholesale, retail);
6. The order information you provide (including but not limited to name, phone number, email address, etc.) is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete;
7. You have other serious behaviors or illegal activities that affect the normal operating order of OLP.
Once your account on OLP is terminated, your right to use the services on OLP is also terminated. Onward Life shall not be liable to you for terminating this agreement in accordance with the provisions of these terms, including terminating your user account and deleting your user content; Onward Life shall not be obligated to provide you or a third party with the information generated by your use of the services on the website.

Onward Life will not deal with or respond to any complaints raised through the use of social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter).
Users will receive a response to the complaint within 7 workdays.
